At Monte Design, we want you to love your furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most of our handcrafted pieces. Please note that custom-made items and final sale products are subject to specific regional return guidelines.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a pickup with one of our specialized furniture freight carriers at a time that fits your schedule.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
