What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are made to order and typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. Monte Design is committed to sustainability. We use FSC-certified hardwoods and eco-friendly finishes to ensure our products are safe for your home and the planet.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
Yes, we recommend it! You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches for free through our website to help you choose the perfect texture and color for your space.
Do you provide a warranty on your furniture?
We offer a 5-year limited warranty on all furniture frames and a 1-year warranty on upholstery fabrics and foam against manufacturing defects.
